I purchased a beautiful travertine dining table from overseas and needed a white glove delivery service, as the courier would only deliver it to the ground floor. The company I bought the table from recommended EH1 Removals, so I contacted Jack straight away.

From the beginning, Jack was incredibly professional, responsive, and offered me the most competitive price I had been quoted. We agreed that I would let him know as soon as I had a confirmed delivery date.

As it happened, I was due to give birth around that time, and with everything going on, I missed several emails from the courier. After welcoming our baby, I finally managed to catch up with my messages and realised I had to give Jack very late notice. Despite the short notice, Jack and his team didn’t hesitate to help. They went above and beyond to fit me in, and the whole process was handled so smoothly, efficiently, and with great care.

I truly can’t thank Jack and his team enough. They took all the stress out of what could have been a very difficult situation, and I felt completely confident that my table was in safe hands.
